TCA Men's Goldline Curling Championships 2024/5

Hello Tam Heather Men,

The TCA Men's Goldline Curling Championships is all set for the 2024/25 season! 

The "Goldline" will run January 11 – 18, 2025.

The Masters and Grand Masters Finals will be held at Tam Heather Curling Club on Friday January 17th, 2025.

The Open, Senior, and Novice Finals will be held at Toronto Cricket, Skating and Curling Club, Saturday, January 18th, 2025

We will continue with the 5 divisions from previous years:

  • Open, age 19+, limited to 64 teams
  • Seniors, age 50+, limited to 48 teams
  • Masters, age 60+, limited to 32 teams
  • Grand Masters, Age 70+, limited to 32 teams
  • Novice, age 19+, limited to 32 teams (see Rules regarding eligibility)

 All ages are as of the start of the Championship.

 Entry Fees:

  • Open & Seniors divisions are $160 per team.
  • Masters & Grand Master divisions are $140 per team.
  • Novice division is $140 per team.

Here is some other important information on this year’s Goldline:

  • We have updated the rules to help speed up the games.
  • Register and pay online. All teams must enter and pay online. A link to the online entry site will be available soon.
  • Starting locations and times will be posted on the TCA website by January 5th.

Club Information

Tam Heather, or the “Tam” as we call it, is an active friendly club located in the Morningside and 401 community of Scarborough. Tam Heather opened in 1973 as a curling club with eight sheets of ice, then two years later in 1975, the club expanded by adding five tennis courts, three of which were covered in the winter with a bubble. Thirty four years later, in 2009, a four court year-round covered structure was built.
