All tennis members interested in trying out for certain teams or leagues at Tam Heather Curling & Tennis Club must attend tryouts.

If you are unavailable to attend tryouts on the date posted, you must contact the team captain or league coordinator at least 3 weeks before the tryout date to arrange another tryout date. 

There is no charge for tryouts.

The 2023-24 Winter Tennis season is quickly approaching. Don’t delay, register today as remaining spots are limited! Waitlist will be started once we reach full capacity.

For the members that registered and paid the $100 “Hold My Spot”, the deadline for full payment is required by September 30th. If you’re trying out for a league and are not selected, your $100 “Hold My Spot” will be refunded if membership is not wanted at that time.

Don Boucher’s wife, Marion, passed away unexpectedly on Friday night-Saturday morning. Don is a Venerable and was the drawmaster for Men’s Skips Entry for many years.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Marion on Saturday August 26 at Knox United Church, Scarborough.

Visitation will be at 10am followed by the service at 11am.

Our deepest sympathies to Don and his family.

This is a reminder for curlers to add their name to the Free Agent list if they are looking to join a team.

Also, if any teams are looking for a player, please check the Free Agent list from time to time.  You can reach out directly to the individual to gauge their interest. You can also contact the office to get more information about possible candidates.
