Dear Tam Heather Curling and Tennis Club team,
The WWF CN Tower Climb for Nature is a rare and exhilarating opportunity to take on Canada’s tallest challenge by climbing 1,776 steps while helping WWF-Canada reverse the course our planet is on. This year the event will take place on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3.
Community centres are hubs for recreation, wellness, and connection. The Climb is a powerful way to unite members, staff, fitness groups, and local residents around a shared challenge that promotes active living and environmental leadership.
Why it’s a great fit for your community:
- Enhanced community engagement:
Unite staff, members, and local residents around a shared cause.
- Promote overall health and well-being: Motivate members to train toward a meaningful goal.
- Be part of something big: Join a community of thousands that are creating a brighter future for nature, wildlife and people while also conquering their personal goals.
Need a little more incentive?
You can also help spread the word in your community. There are 2 versions of our poster that you can print and post at your facility. We also have pre-printed posters we can mail to you upon request. Feel free to forward this message along to any other contacts you think may be interested in learning more about this spectacular event.
Can’t make it? People can also participate in our WWF Anywhere Climb for Nature. Step up for wildlife from anywhere in Canada on any day. Tackle 1,776 steps on the stair machine at the gym, take 1,776 steps around your neighbourhood, or find a spot out in nature.
You can visit our website for more event details. Or, if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help!
Looking forward to your response and the opportunity to come together!
Cheers!
Judy and the WWF Event’s Team
