We might have a heat wave coming in this weekend and it doesn’t feel much like fall let alone winter, but curling and indoor tennis is just around the corner.
I would like to invite you and your TAM friends to TWO special meetings, both to be held on Monday September 25, 2023 in the Tam Upper Lounge with the following timetables:
| 6:30 PM | Bar Opens (come see our newly renovated BAR and socialize with your friends before the meetings) |
| 7:00 PM | Special General Meeting to discuss Constitutional Changes. We have summarized the changes into two motions for your approval. Please see attached. |
| 7:30 PM | Annual General Meeting In addition to our regular annual general meeting items, please see attached, we actually have ELECTIONS for two Board positions. For Vice President, our two candidates are Dan Lang and Don Richard. For Tennis Liaison, our three candidates are Morteza Alabaf, Ian Ferguson and Saravan Subramaniam. Please join me, your Tam Board of Directors and your friends to socialize, reminisce about where the summer went and we can get some business done as well at our two meetings noted above.
