Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday September 29, 2025 in the Tam Upper Lounge with the bar opening at 6:30PM and the meeting starting at 7:00PM.
Tam’s audited Financial Statements are now available for your review and can be found on our Website. Please go to Resources, then hit Governance, and scroll down to AGM/SGM Documents. You will find the Financial Statements under Notices (last item).
Under our current Rules of Governance, there will be in-person voting, proxy voting and electronic voting.

Noted that for both Proxy Voting and Electronic Voting, these MUST be done at least two days before the meeting.

If you wish to vote electronically before the AGM and you have paid your membership fees for this year, click here to be transferred to our Electronic Voting ballot. If you need to log into Tam with your password, you will be prompted to do so. If you are already logged into Tam, you will go immediately to your voting page.
Please vote for the three directors’ positions and for the seven proposed amendments to our Rules of Governance, each of which must be voted upon separately.
